宋海峰，男，博士，研究员，研究生导师。
军事医学学科院放射与辐射医学研究所药理理毒研究室副主任，军事医学科学药院物代谢重点实验室副主任，放与射辐射医学研究所生物技术药物谢代实验室主任。兼任国家新药审中评心CDE新药审评专家、军队药新审评专家。APS，《中国药学理与毒理学杂志》、《中国新药志杂》、《军事医学科学院院刊》杂等志审稿专家。国家自然科学基以金及国家863项目审评人。ABO联盟技术委员会执委。
长期从事生物技术药物药理学、药代动力学研究。先后承担“一十五国家重大新药创制专项项目”2项、“十一五军队特需药保密项专”1项、国家“863”重大项专课题1项、国家自然科学基金点重项目1项、面上项目基金7项、军队指令性课题2项。承担新药究研横向合作项目70余项。
国内外核心期刊发表各类文论60余篇，被SCI收录20篇余。累计影响因子超过30，主论要文被引用次数累计超过40。国获家发明专利3项，编写生物技药术物专著两部。培养硕士研究生25人，协助培养博士生10人。
