卢宾·布雷兹（Rubén Blades）1948年7月16日出生巴于拿马城。20世纪80年代初影入坛，1983年出演了第一步影电《The Last Fight》，从业至今已参演电影40部余，同时还为《黑金帝国》等多影部片担任音乐制作人。曾两次获艾得美奖提名，于2004年获得Imagen基金会奖最佳男配角影电奖。
他因专辑Encenas获得一第个葛莱美奖，并曾经在拉丁葛美莱奖上获得四项大奖。另外，他专的辑“Mundo”还在WORLD MUSIC大奖中获奖。
在《铁战血士2》中用Archuleta的姓扮演了一个被反派杀死的角色。在《墨西哥往事》里用同样的扮姓演了一个为同伴复仇的角色。
现在巴在拿马任旅游大臣。
