工作职责：
1．规划、建议、协调、组织并实施广告和促销（A&P）营销策略、计划和活动来获得期望的结果。
2．协调和联络有关的设计师、印刷厂、供应商，完成市场运营相关材料的设计和制作。
3．提出适当的、有效的、积极有效的营销策略（最终目的提高查询和品牌意识的数量）。
4．确保遵守企业身份–任何标志，字体，文具，比例和色彩营销资料，商品和中心的内部和外部。
5．检查、审核、校对所有的营销材料。
6．向管理中心提供资料（如海报），促进课程活动的开展，提高爱儿坊品牌形象。
7．公司网络信息的更新。
8．熟悉最新的广告媒体、营销手段和策略，并提供供应商备选。
9．从各种渠道收集信息，是业务适应于中国现状。

候选人的要求：
1，具有市场营销和广告的概念和策略，广博的知识，以及有效的营销传播媒体。
2，至少五年的工作经验，在市场营销和广告业。
3，具有良好的人际关系，组织和沟通技巧，包括书面和口头报告。
4，具备优秀的写作，写作，中英文编辑和口头沟通技巧。
5，是耐心的，创造性的，自我激励和压力和不断变化的环境下工作的适应性强。
Responsibilities

1. Conceptualise, plan, propose, co-ordinate, organise and implement advertising and promotional (A&P) & marketing strategies/plans/activities to achieve desired results.

2. Co-ordinate and liaise with relevant designers, printers, contractors, suppliers and vendors on the concepts, design and production of marketing and A & P materials.

3. Recommend appropriate and effective strategies with effective and positive impacts (with ultimate aim to increase number of enquiries and brand awareness).

4. Ensure adherence to corporate identity – any logos, fonts, proportions and colours on stationery, marketing collaterals, merchandise and centres’ interiors and exteriors.

5. Checking/Vetting/Proofreading of any marketing materials.

6. Supplying any materials (e.g. posters) for centres to display to promote curriculum/ brand, as well as to enhance centres’ looks.

7. Updating of information on website.

8. Be current and familiar with latest advertising mediums, marketing approaches and strategies, to propose to various business units for consideration.

9. Look out for newspaper articles and developments where it has impact on ELFA China and request other business units to follow-up where applicable.

10. Entertaining requests from any media interested in any business undertaken by the Company:

- Broadcast media - borrowing centres for filming/production

- Print media – interviewing staff or parents for articles/feature reports.


Candidates’ Requirements:
1. Possess broad knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts and strategies, as well as available marketing communications media.

2. At least five years working experience in the Marketing and Advertising industry.

3. Possess good interpersonal, organizational and communications skills including written and oral presentations.

4. Possess excellent writing, copy writing, editing and verbal communications skills in both the Chinese and English languages.

5. Is patient, creative, self-motivated and highly adaptable to working under pressure and changing environments.
