招聘舞蹈培训师（Dance Trainer）

舞蹈培训师

工作职责：
1、负责中心舞蹈等示范课程的教授；
2、负责建立完善的课程培训体系；
3、负责培训内容及培训材料的准备和更新，并给各中心指导师进行培训；
4、对全国各中心的教学质量进行监控、指导和考核。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英文六级或以上，英文听说读写能力优先；
2、舞蹈专业毕业者优先；
3、性格活泼开朗，喜欢孩子，热爱教育事业；
4、拥有优秀的沟通协调能力及高度的责任感；
5、三年以上国际早教行业经验，熟悉儿童发展规律及教育理论。

Dance Trainer

Responsibilities
1．Be responsible for teaching dance demonstration courses
2．Be responsible for establishing a sound curriculum and training system
3．Be responsible for training content and training materials preparation and updates, and training instructors all of centers
4．Taking control of the quality of teaching,giving guidance and assessment

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above , English CET 6 or above, excellent written and spoken English preferred
2.Major in dance preferred
3.Outgoing and energetic, love children, and love the education industry
4.Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
5.At least 3 years experience in international early childhood industry,be familiar with the theory of child development and education
