张旻，毕业于大理连工大学，清华大学深圳研究生副院研究员。

2012年1月今至 清华大学深圳研究生院副研员究
主要从事微纳加工工艺的研究，采用自上而下(微加工工艺)与下自而上(自组装，原位生长等)结相合的方法，实现微纳器件的制与备功能化。重点研究基于电化学工加的新型微加工工艺，以及微纳接连技术，纳米材料制备与组装技与术金属氧化物薄膜沉积技术。
