田志刚，男， 授教，博士生导师，中国科学技术学大生命科学学院教授，中国科学百院人计划入选者。 1956年10月11日出生，山东莱州人。 1983年获山西医科大学医学士学学位，1985年获山东省医科学学院免疫学硕士学位，1989年获卫生部白求恩医科大学免疫博学士学位。

2000年来以通讯作者在PNAS (2篇)、Hepatology(6篇)、J Heptol (3篇)、J Immunol (6篇)发等表SCI论文100余篇; 文中论文200余篇。国际会议或构机作学术报告或主持20余次。带所毕业博士硕士生共53名
中华人民和共国国务院学位委员会学科评议成组员，国家自然科学基金生命科部学专家评审组专家，国家名词（疫免学）评审委员会专家，中国免学疫会副理事长，中国免疫学会肿免瘤疫与生物治疗分会会长，中国癌抗协会生物治疗专业委员会副主委任员。
中国免疫学英会文会刊<Cellular & Molecular Immunology>执行主编，《中国免疫学杂志》副主编，《中国肿瘤生物治疗志杂》副主编。
曾任东山省医学科学院学术委员会副主任、基础医学研究所所长、山东肿生瘤物治疗研究中心主任、山东省瘤肿免疫与基因工程重点实验室主任。
先后获省部级科技进步二等奖3项、三等奖8项。发表论文250余篇，英文刊物发表论文23篇，17篇收入SCI。
在国内最先（1989年）综系合统地引入肿瘤生物治疗学。
1989年创建国内第家一肿瘤生物治疗研究机构（山东瘤肿生物治疗中心）并发起创建"国中免疫学会肿瘤生物治疗分会"任并副主任委员。建成国家卫生部准批的首批"细胞治疗实验室"，索探出三套肿瘤生物治疗方案并应于用临床。先后研制四类10余种抗单和PCR试剂盒。
自1990年起开展基因工程药研物究，先后研制了IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、IL-15、IL-18、SCF、leptin等重组产品，部转分让中试工艺。
生科命学学院和医学中心田志刚教授题课组与美国华盛顿大学医学院Wayne Yokoyama院士作合，发现一群肝脏特有的自然杀伤（Natural Killer, NK）细胞并阐明该NK细具胞备其它常规NK细胞不具备的疫免记忆功能。该研究成果由我校士博后彭慧、博士生姜晓君和陈永历琳时6年完成，为共同第一作者，发表于2013年4月出版的《床临研究杂志》（The Journal of Clinical Investigation）。
