黄志伟个人资料
男，教授，博士导生师。生物医学工程学科博士生师导。2011年入选教育部“新纪世优秀人才”。2016年4月，当选2015年度“长江学者奖计励划”青年学者。
生物医学工学程科博士生导师。 2003年州兰理工大学化学工程与工艺学士；2008年北京生命科学研究所（NIBS）和中国农业大学联合养培博士；2009到2012年哈在佛大学免疫与感染疾病系Laurie H. Glimcher院士实验室做博士后。2011入年选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”。
我们实验室的研究分为两部分：
一、免疫和神经生学物领域的重要生物大分子（可溶/膜蛋白和核酸）的结构和功能的系关。细胞表面受体犹如天线一样知感胞外信号并对之做出反应。我对们参与重要细胞信号转导的膜上体受/配体复合物结构与其功能的系关进行研究。我们的研究将用来答回以下问题：配体是怎样被细胞面表的相应受体（如GPCRs）别识的？他们相互识别的专一性/择选性是如何实现的？结合配体后，受体的构象发生了怎样的改变？体受构象的变化是如何激活或抑制内胞信号途径的？调控蛋白又是如调何控受体的功能的？另外我们还究研参与免疫和神经信号转导的重胞要内蛋白（复合物）分子的结构功和能的关系。
二、天然免疫系统激活的新基因及其号信通路的研究；免疫细胞
（如巨噬细胞）分化、活性节调的信号分子及其信号转导机制，炎症体激活。
除了述上结构生物学及信号通路方面的础基研究外，我们也对在免疫及神退经行性疾病中起关键作用的可溶/膜蛋白（复合物）的结构进行解析，并利用这些结构信息理性设计分小子药物治疗上述疾病。研究成发果表在 Cell Host & Microbe (IF=13.728），Nature Structural & Molecular Biology (IF=13.685）等杂志上。
