Model Photographer

Key Tasks 工作职责

1. Set up and monitor lighting for Model Photography ensuring skin is well lit
设置和监控模特拍摄的灯光设备，确保灯光肤色明亮。

2. Undertake Model photography in an efficient manner
用一种有效的方式来承担模特摄影工作

3. Ensure garments and products are neatly styled in accordance to the client brief
确保服装和产品

4. Ensure the model posing and expression reflects the clients specification
确保模特造型以及表情能够反应客户要求

5. Ensure colour balance and brightness of photography is true to life
确保色彩平衡并且照片亮度接近自然

6. Carefully naming chosen image filenames to client specification
根据客户要求认真编辑选定照片名称

7. Meeting KPI targets set by Studio Manager
达到工作室经理设定的工作绩效

8. Ensuring all aspects of client briefs are met during shooting
确保拍摄期间满足客户各方面的需求

9. Working with server, ftp and e-mails to organise and communicate workloads
利用服务器，文件传输协议以及邮件来组织和沟通工作


Requirements 要求

1. Min 2 years in ecommerce photography
至少两年以上电子商务摄影经验

2. Good photo editing knowledge
有良好的图片编辑知识

3. Excellent lighting and camera skills
优秀的灯光和相机技术

4. Able to adapt to new workflow and file management structures
能够适应新的工作流程和文件管理结构

5. Able to use Mac computer, or able to adapt and learn
能够使用或者是能够学会并且适应使用Mac 电脑

6. Forward thinking of how to achieve the best quality results
有如何达到最佳品质结果的前瞻思维

7. Good team spirit and hardworking
有良好的团队精神并且能够努力工作

8. Organised and self motivated with good initiative
具有工作主动积极性

9. Not dependant on an assistant to set up lighting and undertake photographer
不依赖于助理来设置灯光设备和承担摄影工作
