Work Scope
MODEL PLACEMENT
1. Planning of model placement and strategy
2. To participate and collaborate with scouting team in the evaluation and selection of models
3. To collaborate with Mauro and Francois on model placement of Asia model in Asia, Europe and US
4. To establish direct new contacts with casting directors, Elite/Women network and other agencies network
5. To prepare and administrate all document pertaining to model movement; agreements, visa, materials, model statement
6. To assist in development of selected new Asia models in China before placement; editorial and test shoot with selected photographers

DIRECT BOOKING & TOP MODEL
7. To communicate and coordinate with agents for direct booking and top model requirements and arrangement
8. To chaperon direct booking and top model if production jobs were to be in China
9. To assist Business Development to develop more clients for direct booking and top model

FASHION SERVICE
10. To assist Business Development to develop and follow up with international brands for production service; show production and full model package

11. Complete any projects/tasks assigned by superior

DELIVERABLS 2015
1. Provide regular updated Model Movement Plan, model and agencies agreement status, model statement status. Agencies contacts
2. Deliver the following targets:
2.1 Establish 10 suitable publications or/and production agencies to provide editorial and test shoots for our models
2.2 5 new casting directors
2.3 Scouting for 2 models for international market
2.4 10 international brands
